TAKING NORETHISTERONE TO DELAY PERIOD FOR HOLS - ANYONE DONE? OK IF TTC?

Hi, Im considering seeing my Dr for norethisterone to delay my period. Im flying to get married abroad in a month and my period is due the day we leave for a week! This is a real holiday of a lifetime for us and I really want to enjoy it fully and not have my period. I do also want to start TTC immediately (after a miscarriage some months ago). Has anyone taken it? Does it mess up your cycles right after? Is it ok if TTC? Thanks!

I've been prescribed norethisterone and take it regularly to ensure a reasonable gap between periods (early 50s). If I don't take it the bleeding starts again so I don't think it messes up your cycle.

You've got to see the GP to get it so they are the best person to tell you if it's OK to TTC after.

Thanks for your reply VelvetEmbers. I have a bit of wait before my appt but thought I would ask on here in meantime. Sounds good.
