maybe worth going to docs for a chat - if you have nice lady doc - forget it if he's male they do not have a clue.
could be PND rather than PMT...and that needs help..If it is PMT oil of evening primrose (79p Tesco) worked fab for me,, you just take more the crosser you are, sort of.
Count to ten and remove yourself from the stress, could your partner give you a nice massage, take the kids away etc?
It is so hard to take time out for yourself, but for your own sanity as well as those around you, you have to do it.
