Walking over her grave

My six month old baby keeps doing these little shivers as if someone has walked over her grave. I am worried that its something serious. Am I worrying for nothing?

yes. they normally do those little shivers when they are doing a wee.

Oh thanks so much for that. I was imagining all sorts of dreadful genetic diseases. I will check her nappy now.
