If so how are you getting on with it?
I've been taking for nearly3 weeks and am wondering if and when I'll get some results. TMI I know, but I seem to be pooing up to 6 times a day some days - is this ok?

Yes- it really helped me for a while but I took it for longer than you. In my case though it turned out to be far better to realise the cause of my ibs- I was reacting to grains in my diet and cutting them out has been the best cure.
I do think Stmprove is good but could be expensive as I took 3 months of it

I took 3-4 months of it and with a fodmap diet its made a huge improvement in tummy. I did erm have the same problem you did for the first week but then lowered the dosage slightly :)

Have you tried going gluten free. No wheat, oats, rye

I'm actually now into the 11th week of an anti candida plan - I've written about it on this general health thread and my ibs seems to be much improved. I've had candida over many many years and the ibs is a symptom of it -so I decided to try to sort it out as whole package for once and for all.

I took it as a friend found it good for her psoriosis.
I used it for 6 months and it made no difference whatsoever.
A total waste of money. For me.

Can I ask what you eat/avoid on the anti candida diet? My IBS is so bad atm.
Did the Symprove help at all btw?

Keto works. I assume for the same reasons as the anti-candida diet. It's night and day.

No experience of Symprove, sorry.
