Anybody have a 'Reveal' Implant, cardiac recorder thingamibob?

Met with cardiology consultant today and the plan now is to have one of these implants fitted.

Just wondered if anybody had experience of it. Interested to know what the activation remote is like and how you make sure you have it with you all the time.

Anybody have any clue what i'm on about?

I had a cardiac arrest during a planned c-section 15 weeks ago. No previous heart problems, and fine since. Nothing coming up on tests to suggest anything 'wrong'. I do however have some unexplained collapses that are thought to be vaso-vagal. The plan is to activate the 'reveal' when i feel one of those coming on to see how the heart is behaving during one of my vaso-vagals. i think it's expected that my heart should slow or stop for under 3 seconds, but if longer then we'll have to consider a pacemaker. however because i'm only 36, he'd rather avoid that I think.
