Hi, hoping someone might have some idea of what this could be.
2 weeks ago i had what i thought was a mosquito bite on my stomach, it itched for a day and then i forgot about it. After another day it became really large and hard and very sore/tender. It got bigger and bigger over a few days and i went to the minor injuries unit where they diagnosed it as an allergic reaction to a bug bite. I was prescribed some antihistamines and some steroid cream which didn't really help. A couple of days later it popped and there was so much pus and blood, this drained out over the period of 48 hours leaving a large hole. I still have a large scab there.
anyway, i now have 2 more small (but getting larger) next to it! Again, they itched for a day but now are just very painful as before.
what could this be?
