Effective medicine to increase a woman's sex drive?

May I ask this question?

With two young children to take care of and a full-time job, recently I feel tired and have little appetite for sex.

Is there any over-the-counter medicine or vitamin that I should use?

My sincere thanks,

Honestly there is probably no drug or supplement. I second the cleaner, nanny, holiday, ideas!!
