Had echo and 24 hr tape but still worried

Both tests were fine, showed some sinus arrhythmia. Didn't have any palps while it was on from 5pm to noon and was asleep for a lot of that!
Still have bouts of palps and feel my heart is heavy. Today I went dizzy so worried now. Doc doesn't seem worried though. Any advice? X

I don't have any advice but just to say I totally understand how you feel as I'm suffering terribly with constant palpitations at the moment with no cause found so far and its hideous isn't it.

Are you having them all the time? sorry I haven't seen if you have another thread. Mine are anxiety related at least in part but I have found that taking a multi vit with iron, drinking q lots and lots of water and avoiding caffeine does help a little.

I don't have them all the time, but they were worse when I was on anti imflammatories. I don't like them at all. I need a pick me up so will look at the multivitamins x
