My mum said the same thing. She had a stubborn wart on her finger and said the freezing hurt so badly it made her nauseous. It um, didn't work either. Not that you want to hear that! She has it frozen umpteen times as well.

What worked, in the end, was scalding her hand with hot water. I obviously don't recommend you do that
