Hi, my dd2 aged 20months has come down with chicken pox. Does anyone know if I can give piriton aswell as Calpol?
She had Calpol at 5, can I then give Piriton at 7 - her bedtime. What do I give Piriton for? She is very hot and lethargic so should I give Piriton aswell or not?
Sorry for rambling off so many questions!

Piriton is to stop her feeling itchy (it's an antihistamine). If she is not scratching then don't give it to her, but they are safe to have together. Piriton may also help her sleep (and therefore not itch) if it's not the non-drowsy version. Does that help?
