Feeding problems

I am wits end with ds who is 1yo, after lots of eating like a sparrow since weaning has now refused to eat meals and will just take a quarter of jam sandwich.He has had a cold and now has fluffy yellow poo with a cough he does look pale with black eyes but drsays not to worry anyone had the same please

We had lots and lots of problems with ds and eating. Will he take anything soft like applesauce? I think with ds it was more of a texture thing than anything else. Mac and cheese is generally a big hit.
