Do you think these symptoms could mean a water/urine infection? - Dull ache in belly a bit like period pains but its not time of the month and backache and headache. Dont think I'm weeing more than usual but does seem a wee bit stronger than usual (sorry tmi!)
Also what can I do to ease this? Will drinking more water help?
