Low body temp....advice please?

My little DS has got Rubella (according to GP) Had a really high temp for three days ...then it went to normal again and this morning the rash appeared. He's asleep now but pale, sweaty and really cold with a temp of 35 on an ear thermometer. WOuld you call Doc? put another cover on him...? Help

I would call nhs direct they will advise you

Id get in touch with NHS DIRECT.Is he still easily rousable,drinking plenty and having lots of wet nappies???If not I'd definitely take him to casualty/call dr if he is a small baby as there could be a risk of dehydration if hes had a sky high temp for 3 days.Hope hes ok spongebob.
