tmi but brown blood in between period

my periods have been irregular since dd2 was born 2007, they can vary between every 5 -9 weeks apart.
3 1/2 weeks ago, i had an awful pain when having sex, which resulted in me bleeding, this went on for a few days, after the first day it looked and felt like normal period so out it down to coincidence.
Today i woke up and had a light brown blood when wiping, not loads, it is still coming out now but very very light.
the side of my breast is sore also, which normally happens when im on my period, however it is far too early for my period
also i had a weird period a few month ago, where it wasn't coming out and only came out when i wiped
i do have polycystic ovaries,but this has never caused a problem previously.
my smears are normal, as was a colposcopy i had about 3 year ago.
i also suffer from health anxiety and cant help but think the worst
i had an ultrasound on my kidneys and bladder last week for episodes of blood in my wee, the scan was fine ,now im waiting to see a urologist.
iv got loads going on, this is just the icing on the cake

Go and see you GP, to do need to get this checked.

But one really common cause of post-intercourse and mid-cycle bleeding is cervical polyps. They're almost always benign and simple to remove.

thanks , i also had/have a cervical erosion. i feel like im never away from the doctors im scared that i will go one day and they wont believe me .
