A really daft question about sterilisation.

I expect I am being irrational, but can the clips come lose? or can anything else go wrong in that area?

there's new procedure out for this. think it's called 'ensure' or that. they make your tubes scar up.

the operation's done vaginally, too.

no gas in the abdomen.

Already been sterilised(last year) but getting terrible pains low down on the right hand side, at first I thought ovulation pains, but has been going on for 3 weeks now, the pain fluxuating between mild and pretty severe.

I have 2 clips on each side.
