Going to see one on Friday after i pleaded with my GP that i need help to lose weight as im really struggling.

Dont know what to expect, has anyone been to see one?

When I went I had kept a months food diary - so you might find you have to go back in a month>

We discussed what, when & how I ate

And also found reasonable changes to make
