My boobs are sore and are getting bigger. WTF?

Sore like before your period or when pregnant. Neither of which is possible .
Ache under my, arms too, my breasts feel heavy and big IYSWIM?
Any ideas?

Cyclical breast pain can start up (I discovered this when googling my breast pain, that wasn't covered by what I found, but still), and is involved with periods etc. but if unsure, see a dr (is what I read), most breast pain is either cyclical (linked to period), or not and can be linked to caffeine intake etc.

Thanks, I don't have periods, have had a hysterectomy and I'm on hrt.
I have lupus and I'm trying to work out if the pain is from swollen glands. I don't know if my glands in my armpit were swollen if it would affect my breasts like this.
It really is like what they were like before my period.

HRT causes exactly this kind of breast pain/tenderness/increase in size, exactly like before a period in my experience. At least it does for me with Oestrodose gel.

Does it? I've been on it 2 years with no problems, hope this isn't going to be a regular fixture
