Am I being paranoid about this leg pain? Any doctors about?

Had sciatica three weeks ago. Still hurts and very uncomfortable but am seeing a chiropractor and I think we're making progress.

However have also had the most awful pain in my ankle, sometimes in the leg and sometimes in the joint. Dr said probably a trapped nerve caused by the sciatica. Chiropractor says it's in the right place to be the sciatic nerve, although on the outside when they're usually on the inside.

It's not going away though. Really painful. Every time I move, sneeze, get up, sit down, it is painful. Does this sound normal?

Am now a bit paranoid that maybe I should get further help. My DM was my age when she got breast cancer. It was treated but came straight back in her bones. Dr said at the time that it might have been in her bones all along, they didn't know which was secondary and which was primary.

I would feel silly asking for help and it is just a trapped nerve but don't like to leave it.

Yes normal for trapped nerve unfortunately. Hope you get some relief soon. Nerve pain meds can help a lot.

Thanks, that's reassuring. Smile Is that something I should ask for? I'm currently on anti-inflammatories and co-codamol but they don't have any effect.
