Could this be a peri menopausal symptom? It's really painful - I do sometimes get sensitive boobs before my period but this has been about 11 days now and my period is due sometime between Saturday and Monday. They also feel tingly and warm and surgy I have had unprotected sex with my partner but am thinking it is unlikely to be a pregnancy at my age (48) and he is 53.
