Rash on forehead

Hi

DD is nearly 4 weeks old and yesterday developed a rash on her forehead that looks very excema. It is red with tiny white spots. She has no temp and seems well? Just woorried as it seems to have got worse. ANy advise?

Sounds very like the rash that many newborns get at around this time, its to do with the oil producing glands kicking in and the result is a spotty face for many babies, it goes away on its own after a week or so!

Thanks I'm a first time Mum so not sure what's normal and what's not!!!
