skincare products during chemotherapy - advice please

I am visiting a friend tomorrow who is currently undergoing chemo and having bought a nice Laura Ashley shower gel, body moisturiser, room mist fragrance gift set for her am now wondering if she will actually be able to use them. Can anyone advise please?

I carried on using the same things so I'm sure she will appreciate it, nice to have a bit of pampering :)
