IBS and not cyst? - Not sure right diagnosis?

Had the following symptoms since early December following a UTI
Constant burning in bladder not just whilst or after urinating
Feeling like bladder is not empty despite just going to the toilet
Pain in left hand side (ovary area) on and off
Heaviness in vagina on and off (feels like something is there)

Had pelvic scan, GP said 5cm cyst and pelvic congestion so referred to Urogynacologist who has now said cyst is normal and not causing a problem, congestion is normal at my age (44) and not significant, no prolapse (initial thought though) and thinks that pain in left hand side is IBS (as I often get constipated) and thinks I have a problem with the lining of my bladder so further investigations for that.

I'm not convinced about the IBS dx thoughts anyone?

I don't have anything helpful to add just wondering if you should post in chat section as you don't always get a great response here. Im assuming you have been referred to gastro for assessment?
