Worried about my fiancé, Tia?

My fiancé gets migraines. However this weekend, his migraine was different to his usual ones. It came and went three times over three days. Last night he developed pins and needles right down one side of his body and his vision went in both eyes instead of one. He was also quite dazed. He wasn't with me, he was with his mum and I only found out this morning but I am terrified he is actually showing symptoms of an impending stroke and have begged him to see his gp today. Am I over reacting?

I would be concerned just to rule out anything else other than a migraine.
Hope he's ok.

That sounds very like the symtoms of a stroke, he may have had a TIA, get him to hospital and get him checked asap. Hope all is ok.

Get him checked... but also google hemiplegic migraine.
I get them and the symptoms are very similar..like a temporary stroke. They are not dangerous but are very unpleasant :(
