Do you ignore breast lumps you can feel with tip of finger?

Found a squishy very moveable structure close to my armpit just a tiny bit down from the part that is shaved. When I use my 3 pads of my fingers it flattens the tissue and it feels no different from rest of breast. It's almost like I am pressing on the edge of the breast tissue that runs under the arm (if that makes sense) that runs over the bone.

It is probably nothing to worry about, but you don't leave any breast lumps. Best to get any changes in your breasts checked out, including under the arms. I know its worrying, but do go to the docs sooner rather than later - i have just been checked at the breast clinic, worst week of my life waiting for that time when the dr said it was ok.
