This seems to be her weakness when teething now , as she had a very bad infection at only 3 weeks old and was on antibiotics. I want to help her to prevent it going that way again.

Can anyone recommend a cough mixture for this, she has a dry cough today & coughs really bad when feeding. Although she has gone right off her milk. She is being such a good little thing today, very grizzley and raspy yesterday. She did have a temp of 38.6 yesterday, she seems a lot cooler today , but I am worried of infection due to the temp.

I echo Twiglett
My DS2 is exactly the same, must be something going round North London. Calpol/Nuerofen every four hours and saline solution drops or spray up the nose when they are haing a particularly tough time

Poor little bebe , she has a virus and her glangs are all up. No infection thank god, will have to keep giving her calpol, Doc said Nurofen is really only meant for 9mths + ?????!!!! I felt better having taken her though , at least I know the cough is just from the virus and not another chest infection.
