My DS is 7 weeks and has reflux quite badly. He has been on Infant Gaviscon for 3 weeks.
I'm finding it difficult as he has more than 6 feeds of 4oz per day and wants more than 4oz in each feed usually-he's 12lbs!
So it's not really working as I have to give feeds without it or with less. I'm also not sure of him having maximum dose for weeks on end plus he's really constipated.
So does the enfamil milk work as well??
He's also been prescribed ranitidine but the GPs got the wrong dosage..trying to sort that out. He's prescribed 0.2ml for 5mg/5ml concentration. I've looked it up and that's a weak solution and lowest dose should be around 10mls!!
