Do you think that she is feeling a stinging sensation as her urine comes into contact with her nappy rash? Bathe her skin and leave the nappy off for as long as possible. Use a good barrier cream like metanium to allow the skin to heal. If it appears more likely that it is a wee infection, you'll have to get her assessed by GP.

I am not sure about your toddler - but you need to take antibiotics for cystitis when preg -have you seen your GP or MW? In some women it can trigger premature labour (been there, done that, got the T shirt). Please get yourself checked too...
