Help ! In a lot of pain after teeth whitening - where can I get the pain releif gel ????

I've used a stronger % gel! and am now regretting it - can anyone recommend a desensitising gel? And where can I get it from ASAP ?

You can use toothpaste - sensitive toothpaste and smear it over your teeth/gums

I've got some Colgate Sensative pro stuff on, but it's hardly touching it

I would keep putting it on. Maybe take some paracetamol and ibuprofen too. Avoid anything hot or cold

It's started to ease off a bit now, thanks for getting back to me, I was feeling so miserable, especially as it's self inflicted.
