Am getting sporadic hot flushes on the sole of my foot. Have not had any injury recently and there are no apparent triggers. Am v. tired and v. stressed at the mo. Am BF'ing 8month old baby.
Could it be stress / lack of sleep? Is my foot going through the menopause. Anyone else had localised hot flushes.
