Audiology appointment for ds...what can i expect?

DS failed spectacularly at his (crap) distraction hearing test, and then was ill for the re-booked one. Now he is 'too old' for another distraction test (as he would wilfully ignore the daft HV with stupid rattle thing!) so has been referred for an audiology appt instead.

What might that involve then?

BTW not worried about ds's hearing at all...seems fine to me!

they'll probably do a swankier distraction test, they have these boxes with dancing animals and strobe lighting which goes off when the child turns around in response to a sound, and then take it from there.
