Teeth?

Hello, apologies if this sounds a bit daft but...

How many teeth should a 3yr old have? Ds has 20 but it looks like another one is coming through at the very back left-does that sound right?

Ds has been off-colour for quite a while and there's nothing otherwise wrong, so I'd be grateful for any advice on whether he could be getting another tooth?

Thanks

20 is right. Your child should not get any more milk teeth than this.

20 is normal for a first set then more molars come through later "6th year"

Hi, thanks both for the replies. I did also check online and everything I read said 20...just hoping that a cold, or something, comes out in the next few days so I know what's going on
