Lump on hand - any advice??

Hello everyone, would firstly like to say a huge thank you for this site as it has helped me with a lot of stuff!

My query is i have found a lump on my right hand on my finger next to the little finger (if that makes sense) it is on the inside of my hand under my knuckle on the top. It feels round and moves slightly. The lump itself doesn't hurt but the area is quite tender. I wouldn't usually be too worried about it, but within the last six months my uncle got diagnosed with a brain tumour (cancerous) and my aunty got diagnosed with breastcancer, and has recently had her breast removed. So i am quite worried that it is linked with something like that. I am only 22 though, not sure if that makes a difference.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks
