Head Pains

For the past few months I have been suffering from occasional pains in the back, right hand side of my head, they're not like a normal headache...they feel like a bad twinge and only last for between 5-10 seconds but are always in the exact same spot. They happen spontaniously throughout the day and night and it's really starting to worry me.

I was diagnosed with tension headache before I got these twinges but those headaches have gone now and been replaced by these it seems!! Any idea what it could be? could these be caused by tension too? trapped nerve or something?

I have an apointment to see the neurologist next month but until then I'm scared

Would you consider seeing a cranio oesteopath?

They could do a check to see if things are running well?

Hubby was having prolonged headaches that medication made little difference to and has had very since he started treatment.
