Missed two periods, not pregnant

I am going to see my GP, but not until next week after Easter. In the meantime, I'm doing this instead of making myself worry with Dr Google!

So, I've missed my second period in a row. My periods have always been bang on 28 days, until I had DD. I BF for a year then went back on the pill and they've been fine since, though in the last two years I've had about three missed periods. GP said not to worry, can take a while to get back to normal after BF.

Anyone experienced this? I did have one Fallopian tube removed at my c section, but was told I'd still menstruate as normal. I'm not stressed, no lifestyle changes, don't smoke, healthy weight, can't think of any reasons except early menopause or something more sinister :-(

Then you aren't underweight.

Have just had the same, went to drs, had a blood test and it appears I'm in early menopause.

I'm older than you, I'm 41, no other symptoms for me. I'm back for another blood test in a few weeks to confirm then I'm looking at hrt.

Obviously, could be lots of different reasons but with seeing the GP.

Antimatter, No danger of being underweight here!
Thanks Allice. Given I've got no other symptoms and no history of issues that's what I'm thinking. Guess I'll wait and see what the GP says.
I know nothing about HRT or anything else. I guess it would be jumping the gun to obsess about it now!
