15 month old has really badly stung her arm there are loads of them and she is screaming

Savlon is an antispetic and will do 0 for the pain

use antihistamine cream
hydrocortisone cream
or oral antihistamines like Medised

While walking to the shop yesterday, dt1 grabbed some stinging nettles, she was so brave, she just went oooh ow, rubbed her hand for a bit, and that was it
