If I take Northisterone will my AF carry on once it's worn off?

I have (small but annoying) fibroids so sometimes I just bleed. It's not really a period, I don't know what it is but it's just heavy. It's been off and on for a couple of weeks (despite taking cerazette which used to make them lighter and shorter) but there's been massive clots today and I'm just drained. I have some Northisterone, which does stop the bleeding, I also have some iron and some tranexamic acid but the TA doesn't do anything. Does anyone know if the bleeding will carry on once the Northisterone has worn off as it's not really an AF? Thank you Smile

Thanks

I was given this as I ha a lot of spontaneous bleeding with cerazette, while taking northisterone the bleeding stopped but started again as soon as I'd stopped taking it. I don't have fibroids but I'd have though it would do the same and only stop the bleeding while you're taking it.
