Could this be skin cancer?

I have 2 small itchy bumps, skin colored, on my chest. They itch intensely and on google skin cancer is the first thing that comes up. I would go to the GP but I'm on holiday for 2.5 more weeks. I've taken my necklace off in case it's an allergic reaction. It's a small patch, about the size of 10p, with 2 bumps in it.

Has it just suddenly come up? I get these and then they go. I think it is unlikely to be cancer. Hope it settles down and you can enjoy your holiday.

It sort of evolved into something scaly and red over 2-3 weeks. It's going down now though. I'm such a hypochondriac!!

Go to your doctor when you get home. It may be nothing to worry about; on the other hand it's better to be safe than sorry.

Doesn't sound much like skin cancer to me! Maybe a reactive dermatitis of some sort? I'd go to the GP, too, but imo, skin cancers usually present as melatonin- dark areas with craggy margins. Scaly and itchy sounds more dermatitis, to me.
