Teen with asthma due 2 hour football training session - air pollution worrying me.

Apart from asthma, ds14 is extremely fit, training 10 hours a week. I'm due to take him training this evening but worried about the air pollution warning. I know he's going to put up a fight if I say he shouldn't go but should I insist? The location is 20 mins from London.

I would take him, but a) make sure he had an inhaler with him, b) tell him to take it easy, and c) grab a word with the coach about it.

Personally I would skip it. It's only one training session and the guidance is crystal clear about avoiding exercising outside if asthmatic

How is he Idotry?
