babys lump on bum?? TMI

My 6m old DD has like a skin tagged lump on the outerside of her anus. Is it possible for her to get piles at her age?

Also she starts to scream halfway through being fed. it's extremley unusual for her as she is a really settled baby and this is the only time she really crys.

I have a doctors appointment this week but wondered if anyone knew what it was

if it looks and feels like a skin tag... is probably is a skin tag. Has she always had it or has it suddenly appeared?

IME external piles look like nothing else - think of a bunch of purple grapes...
