Tiny spots on roof of mouth/throat and gums are bright red?

What do you think it could be?

My whole mouth feels awful

Had a sore throat last week but that has now gone?

Thrush?

Were you on any antibiotics for your sore throat?

Not hand foot and mouth disease? See here for symptoms.

Went to gp on Tuesday and got anti biotics, was prescribed 500mg amoxyicillin.
Anyway the things is my gums are still bright red and stil have spots?
Should I be worried?

Anyone? I am worrying myself sick here
