I'm 32 and my upper left wisdom tooth has broken through, been suffereing with headaches for 2 weeks, the problem is the wisdom tooth is totaly black !!!
I've no problems with the rest of my teeth had an appointment 4 weeks ago for a check up and all was fine.

Anyone know why my tooth is black..... and yes I do mean BLACK !

tooth doesnt hurt, its a bit sore around the gum but its gross lookes like a normal healthy tooth no cavities etc its just black.
So do I make an appt at the dentist or leave till my scale and polish on the 8th sep ?

I am no expert, you need comeoveneer, she's a dentist, but if it's not causing you any trouble I would be inclined to wait until your appt.
Have you been on antibiotics,or some medication lately,I may be wrong but I'm sure I remember something about it causing black teeth.Probably talking out of my arse though.

lol ggirl nope no medication I can think of. The headaches are quite troublesome though I just wondered if they could be conected to the appearance of the tooth somehow.

It's just the fact that its black....but luckily its not on show lol
