lumps behind ears

Ds2 had a couple of floppy days about 10 days ago (lots of cuddling, whimpering, drinking milk and sleeping). He had no symptoms other than a high temperature, although he is too young to tell us where it hurts.

A couple of days later I noticed he had two lumps, one behind each ear. They are colourless, don't hurt to touch and about the size of a smartie.

We assumed it was his lymph nodes fighting off some infection. Do you think we're right? Is it right that they are still up 10 days later?

Yes Lymph nodes can be up for quite a while, I remember having the same thing with dd at a similar age.
