BUPA Cock-up

Had to be at hospital for 7.15am this morning for my 7 year olds op and they have bloody well cancelled it -no notification - he was nervous anyway and is now in bits because we have to go back next week. FGS we went BUPA to make it less hassle for him anyway.

they should of rung you in advance... that happened to me this morning.. a woman was coming to see dt2 this morning at 10 and i rushed round like a mad woman getting dts ready and ad 5 past 10 she rings up saying that the woman rang in sick this morning.! ano shes not well like but today of all days!

WE specially booked it for now so he would be ok for school - he cant go swimming for a few weeks after the op which will now spoilour holiday for him, apparenty his paed nurse had conjunctivitis!Poor cow, she'll prob have the week off.
