Best pain relief for inner ear infection?

That's it really. Since before Christmas Laryngitis, pneumonia, sinusitis then labrynthitis now turning into an inner ear infection. It's been an absolute fucker.
I know it's going to be bad, the pain is seriously ramping up. I have a range of painkillers available. What would help me through the next few days? TIA

Regular ibuprofen, whatever else you take, take this if you can!
