Am I ill or not?

Last week or so I've been getting really hot for no reason and it can be from feeling cold within a few minutes. Have had a couple of headaches [which is unusual] and now today my lower back has started to ache like i've slept with it in an odd position, and peeing feels different, but not painful.

Does this sound like a true illness or more a series of unrelated issues?

Getting an appointment with a GP round here is like finding a hen's tooth so I'd rather not have to attempt to that unless totally necessary

Delgirl I wondered that cause of today's new symptom, but peeing isn't hurting like it normally does when I have one.

If GP appt hard to get I'd book one now. Either you'll be better or desperate. Online diagnosis is not likely to be very accurate, i'm afraid. Hope you feel better soon.

I didn't think NHS Direct were for general health probs? I thought they were who you rang before going to casualty? Am I wrong?
