Sore lip - what's best to use?

Minor problem, but as part of getting a cold I'm prone to getting a sore top lip, but i struggling to find a good lip balm or soother for it. Any good suggestions or recommendations?

Only thing that works when mine is sore is Blistex sore lip relief from the chemist/Boots. It's medicated and quite powerful but the only thing that works. Balms just don't do enough

Blistex relief cream for when it's really bad and Blistex intensive moisturiser for in between times (just looked the names up in case I had them wrong)

The best thing that works for me is Neutrogena hand cream! A little on the top lip and round the nose at bedtime works wonders! :)
