mouth still hurts a week later

I had a lower left impacted wizdom tooth removed last friday and up till wed this week i couldnt talk properly or feel any of my left hand side of my face and tounge. I have pain where the tooth waa removed and i also can not feel the front left of my tounge. Any idea on how to ease the pain and get the feeling back in my tounge

go back if youre not sure i had a tooth removed last year and it ended up infected and i ended up quite poorly with it was then almose 3 week when pain went wished id gone earlier x
