I feel hot inside

Sound weird in this weather but I feel like I have a furnace going on inside but my skin feels quite cool to touch. I felt soo hot earlier whilst out shopping I honestly thought I was going to pass out. Ina ddition I have an dull ache (not too bad) on my right hand side.
