can someone tell me if this is normal? monthly cycles

Hi All,

Not sure if this is normal. Right I´m 32 so not that old!

I have always had a regular as clock 28 day cycle but notices last year that things were become a little unpredictable. So startted keeping a record - then lost the record. So I download an app.

Since June last year, this is what is shows

It says that my average cycle is now 23 days.

Additionally and this may be TMI, but my periods used to start light and then build up to heavy, Now that start with flooding and bascially stay that way untill the decide to stop! I´m also gettting a far amount of cramping.

Is this cause for concern do you think? If not then what is going on?

I would seek medical advice from a gynae as there have been changes to the menstrual cycle. GP should refer you.

Flooding should always be checked out medically as this problem may be due to fibroids. The cause needs to be established as well as treating the symptoms.
