Heartburn...

I seem to get it quite a lot which is annoying.

I don;t smoke and rarely drink.

Today I have eaten: prawn salad for lunch, salmon stir fry for supper, and then some pud with cream on. Only one cup of decaf coffee, 3 cups of tea, apple juice, water & chamomile tea to drink.

So why have I got heartburn?

OK I had some single cream - but other than that, my day has been fairly low in fat.

God what am I going to have left in life to actually enjoy soon?

sounds perfectly ok what youve eaten.
i was going to suggest peppermint tea, or tea made with fennel seeds and mint. but that is what we usually use when someone has heartburn caused by excessive spic intake. you havent had any spices.
what's the bigger picture? stress? not active enough lifestyle? some serious illness?

Well, I don;t do much exercise...find it difficult to get motivated and don;t have much opportunity.

But generally I think I'm pretty healthy. I have an underactive thyroid and endometriosis - neither of which have heartburn as a symptom afaik!

I'm not overly stressed I don;t think.

???

How bad is the heartburn?? are you in agony or are you able to live with it?
